PG&E had just such a requirement. Critical safety training manuals had to be printed, packaged and delivered to 1,800 specifically named employees… with proof of receipt returned to headquarters …in no more than 30 days!

Talk about a tall order! The logistics of this project were staggering. First the printing job alone was huge. Then, 3,844 pages were assembled (including 37 tabs) into a set of 4 binders and numbered. Each set was then packed into a single carton and identified for each recipient. Finally, utilizing 4 different shippers the boxes were delivered to each person wherever they were located throughout California.

The whole project was completed without a hitch, without an error, and on time!
