LFA proved that "it ain't necessarily so". By unbundling the project and assigning the five major elements to five separate sub contractors, LFA shaved 15% from the total cost of producing 325,000 annual reports. Presentation folders were produced in Scotts Valley, the 10K and Proxy materials in Hayward, the text section in Costa Mesa, and the envelopes in Milpitas.
