Keith had a price quote from a supplier where everything would be done in the same facility to produce his clients Annual Report. Conventional wisdom suggested that this was the most efficient method.

LFA proved that "it ain't necessarily so". By unbundling the project and assigning the five major elements to five separate sub contractors, LFA shaved 15% from the total cost of producing 325,000 annual reports. Presentation folders were produced in Scott’s Valley, the 10K and Proxy materials in Hayward, the text section in Costa Mesa, and the envelopes in Milpitas. Finally, LFA arranged for all elements to be assembled in Las Vegas.

Keith’s “second thought” saved his client (and their stockholders) $40,000 on that one project.
