FMC was offering more than three dozen different training courses for its employees. Notification, registration and course material description had to be completed immediately to allow a very small staff to process all attendee’s needs on time.

LFA evaluated current FMC methods of handling this project and recommended an approach utilizing a bound course description to resolve the printing and mailing budget constraints. By including a faxable course registration form within the catalog, course registration and confirmation processing was cut from four days to twelve hours!
