at Coakley Heagerty did! LFA researched available type fonts that would pass as believable handwriting and be compatible with the programmer's "non-graphic" computers. A program was developed that identified the areas where the personalization needed to occur. Then the first names (sometimes one or two) from the prospect list were dropped in. The fronts of the cards
were printed in color using photos which LFA provided. The backs were
laser imprinted and addressed using the selected typestyle and program.
A special procedure was used for the stamp application to cut down
the expense of lickin' & stickin' 40,000 stamps. When this was
completed, LFA forwarded them to one of their associates in Hawaii
to be dropped at a Maui post office on four different dates. |
