moved from New York to open a Medical Advertising Agency in Pasadena,
CA. He found he didn't have the time to evaluate and select the best
qualified suppliers. Those he was using were unable to consistently
perform at acceptable levels. His needs ran from quality graphics
people to printers, mailing and assembly sources to a film prepress
supplier for his ad needs.
We flew out, researched
the market place for potential resources, we spent 4 days interviewing
more than 30 vendors and then inspected the "finalists"
facilities. When finished, Jack had 2-3 top sources for each specific
areas of need.
